What is an example of dark chocolate with a cocoa content over 70%?
ByI’m researching for my College speech class and need examples of dark chocolate that has a cocoa content over 70%, does anybody know of any candy you can buy at the store that meets this criteria?
that’s all I eat!! its from Scharffenberger….I get it at Whole Foods Store, and its healthy and good for you…I’m german and love chocolate, but after eating all my life Tobler, Mozart Kugeln and Lindt….this is a real experience….you just don’t eat it like other chocolates, you put a little piece in your mouth and let it melt….also try the Trüffel…zart-bitter…very good!!

Try Valrhona or Sharrfen Berger. Both make chocolates in a bar form with very high cocoa contents AND they are most delicious!

They are usually in the natural section of the grocery store. Both are phenomenal.
