Is there a healthy equivalent to chocolate?

By admin

I’m a HUGE chocolate lover. It’s about the only sweet thing i eat. But I’ve recently had to give it up :( and I’m craving it. I’ve tried subbing in fruits when i crave chocolate but it’s obviously not working.

So, is there a healthy equivalent to chocolate?
Or is there no such thing?
See chocolate is bad for me. My mum has diabetes, and I already am at a high risk of getting diabetes, my love for chocolate isn’t helping my cause.

Dark chocolate is quite healthy, but I personally don’t like the taste of it. But it has antioxidants and such in it, so it’s actually decently good for you.

Chocolate really isn’t bad for you. Chocolate has very small amounts of certain vitamins and even protein. It’s all about moderation. You can eat chocolate, just don’t over do it. It’s high in calories, but that doesn’t necessarily mean it’s bad for you.

It is pivotal to eat good to keep fit. Acai berry is an awesome super food that keeps you fit and also has the bonus of helping you to lose loads of weight. There’s a free trial going on currently at http://cexals.myslimminglive.info , why not try it, why not?
