As is *no*,The chocolate is 0.5g of fat *ok* the soymilk is 3.5g of fat * ok* fat free yogurt 0g. of fat *ok* BUT the peanut butter is16g. of fat– so find a low in fat peanut butter and I say go for it !!! Go for a nice brisk walk and after enjoy your yummy smoothie <3 Christina
