What is a healthy chocolate dessert to make?
ByI’m going shopping tomorrow and would like to know what I’d need to make/bake myself a healthier dessert. Preferably chocolate if it’s possible.
"Sadly the words chocolate and healthy can’t be used in the same sentence."
Both as a swiss and knowing about dark chocolate with high cocoa content, I know you are dead wrong. Get your facts straight.
Fruit dipped in dark chocolate. It’s important to use dark chocolate with a high cocoa content, it will have less butterfat and sugar in it. The fruit will cut the bitterness of the dark chocolate.
You can use strawberries, bananas, pineapple, apples..
Warm a plate or bowl in the microwave (without the chocolate!). Place pieces of chocolate on the plate and let it melt on the hot plate. Dip in the fruit and enjoy! By letting the chocolate melt on the hot plate AFTER being in the microwave it’ll keep it from burning the chocolate.

Hershey’s Chocolate Cake. The recipe is on the box of Hershey’s Cocoa, and it is delicious. The batter is too much for one pan, though, so do not use a bundt pan, but either a sheet cake pan or two round ones. You can also make icing with the cocoa, and it is not as bad for you as regular chocolate.
