How do you know how much flavonoids your chocolate contains?
I’ve recently read an article about how the flavonoids contained in chocolate helps relaxing your blood vessels and reduce cardiac disease. But it also says that usually the flavonoids get destroyed when the processing of the chocolate tries to make the chocolate taste better. So I’m wondering, how would I know how much flavonoids a chocolate contains? It doesn’t seem to be on the labels and nutrition facts.

You don’t. The mechanism is only a hypothesis, and it would be silly to pay too much attention even if it were established. What you do is eat a little chocolate in the evening because it’s GOOD, especially dark chocolate.
