I’m going shopping tomorrow and would like to know what I’d need to make/bake myself a healthier dessert. Preferably chocolate if it’s possible.
"Sadly the words chocolate and healthy can’t be used in the same sentence."
Both as a swiss and knowing about dark chocolate with high cocoa content, I know you are dead wrong. Get your facts straight.

Fruit dipped in dark chocolate. It’s important to use dark chocolate with a high cocoa content, it will have less butterfat and sugar in it. The fruit will cut the bitterness of the dark chocolate.

You can use strawberries, bananas, pineapple, apples..

Warm a plate or bowl in the microwave (without the chocolate!). Place pieces of chocolate on the plate and let it melt on the hot plate. Dip in the fruit and enjoy! By letting the chocolate melt on the hot plate AFTER being in the microwave it’ll keep it from burning the chocolate.

It’s my favorite and a bunch of people have told me that it’s actually good for you. I’m just wondering, is this true? Thanks!

Yes, it is actually good for you. Just don’t eat a whole lot. After all, chocolate is chocolate. However, dark chocolate has many health benefits white or milk chocolate doesn’t :) Hope this helped!
